I have always been overweight but my weight problem was getting worse and I had become a complete couch potato. Being overweight I have always found gyms intimidating and was attracted by the outdoor location. I joined Boot Camp in August and have been a regular ever since; at first I found it hard but persevered and I still attend three times a week. I have lost 35lbs since I joined, there is no magic cure to weight loss just diet and exercise. I still have a long way to go but know that with Spencer's help I will get there. I have always been a gym member but find repetitive activity in the same room frankly boring. Finally, due to a reoccurring back problem, I was advised to stop all gym work but look for other ways to strengthen my core. I signed up with Spencer for a months course beginning of October and now mid-November I am 10lbs lighter, a lot fitter and pain free. Additionally, I have had an extremely challenging work schedule for the last 6 weeks and yet I seem to have loads more energy. Breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, a friendly bunch of ladies who don't care about getting muddy and Spencer's encouraging tuition are a great combination.
