Hi and welcome to my section on 1-2-1 personal training. This is about how you can achieve total fitness and weight loss once and for all.

The personal training packages for one to one training have been created around programmes that have consistently delivered exceptional results for all of my clients over the past 15 years – just check out my testimonial pages. Personal training is solely about you and you can achieve the solution to your problems.

Everyone lives in the real world and with this in mind there are various options to help fit in with your time and budget. All have been designed to help you move forward and achieve those really important goals.

Fitness Master Programme 1
12 sessions over 4 weeks with all the meals included

Fitness Master Programme 2
6 week training prog consisting of 20 sessions at the rate of 3 a week, with full nutrition programme, online training via email whilst not attending the gym, unlimited email and phone support

Fitness Master Programme 3
6 week training prog consisting of 14 sessions, with full nutrition programme, online training via email whilst not attending the gym, unlimited email and phone support

Fitness Master Programme 4
6 week training prog consisting of 8 sessions, with full nutrition programme, online training via email whilst not attending the gym, unlimited email and phone support

Fitness Master Programme 5
Usually 3 sessions per month for 30 minutes – miss the last session of the month.

Fitness Master Programme 6
A really effective alternative are half hour training sessions
